Dear ole dad has been fed. His belly is full and he’s currently occupying my favorite recliner
Gumbo and crawfish étouffée are both portioned out and ready for him for next week. Just waiting on my Walmart delivery (vv trashy) order with pie crusts so I can make him a couple chicken pot pies too.

Yes, she had an avocado tree. It rained a lot. The tree drowned. It had aboot a bushel of big, fat avocados on it when it died. It was big and gnarled up but it made a metric frickton of avocados, yearly.
