AA switched to homecare and absolutely hates it. The amount of charting seems ridiculous.

Sort of but not really. I do home IV infusions for pts with chronic autoimmune diseases that require an RN to administer the medication/monitor the pt.

My charting isn’t bad at all. Staying on top of all the insurance stuff can be overwhelming but I’ve developed a system to help keep it all organized so even that isn’t terrible.
The worst part is when the ppl in cubicles don’t do their jobs and let my patient’s PA’s expire.

That sounds pretty smooth. Show up and always the same thing (roughly, and I'm guessing).
Besides the level of detail for charting, working with some of these pts she sees has been difficult. Just losers who do not care for themselves and lack accountability for their own health.

I did not. But I did bring back a couple of souvenirs. Sadly I left a sand wedge there and had something confiscated at the Edinburgh airport. Efforting a return on both... Depending on cost...
Also some nice photos and many great memories of the country, its people, and my wife and daughters.
