Good morning from the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains 
I am 100% an ocean girl but these mountains are pretty incredible too. I used to live here - like 30 years ago and it seems like one of the few places I’ve lived that has been untouched by time (and forest fires

I had a Cystoscopy last year and everything looked normal
And I’m not on any Diuretics

I used to go on local sports talk radio and used my initials as my moniker. People on here knew from that and the name just stuck. Speaking of bloodwork. I just turned 65 and ALL results are perfect. Doc says I have the body of a 45 year old…
