Hey MPTN. How are you enjoying your cold AF runs lately? I personally love deciding if I want to be cold the first mile or sweat my arse off the last mile. 
I do like the fact that the cold makes my Z2 last much longer at a brisker pace than typical South La weather.

I actually tapped out yesterday when my group was planning the run. the wind chill was in the teens. I said F to the NO on that one and joined the gym so I can run inside when it's this fn cold.
I love running when it's in the 30's - low 40's. that's perfect running temp for me. But I'm not training outside when it's in the teens. nothankyouverymuch.

I prefer 70 plus because I can run with my shirt off. I don't have a lot of miles in the 20's and teens, but have mistakenly done it without band-aids before. Chapped and irritated and frozen solid is no fun...no fun at all. I too would move indoors when the temp starts with a 1 or 2 if I can help it.
