For over the counter help with nausea there are some strong ginger tablets you can chew or let melt in your mouth. Kinda like altoids but not quite as strong and ginger instead of mint/cinnamon.
The Ginger People
I have used the “rescue lozenges” with some success. My sister the pharmacist heard of them from other mothers discussing morning sickness.
Since it is kind of like candy parents can get young kids to take it for their upset stomach really easily.
