Aldi just finalzed the aquisition of Winn Dixie. I hope they convert the one in Metry to an Aldi. I would think less trashy peeps would hit dat location.

The WD by my old place had the highest prices in Slidell. Hopefully, that will change. We need an Aldi out here.

their prices are high. the only time I go in there is Christmas time when they have prime rib roast on sale for like $5.99lb

They are the beef people. I used to go there in the late afternoon and get the marked down hot wings. You could get about a dozen for a buck fifty.

I did not know that shite was geriatric. I bought a rack of ribs for aboot $12, got it home, warmed it up, and realized it was a leftover rack of ribs from the caterer at the signing of the Magna Carta.
