Farad TLAT Mrs Lith found a house and we bought it. Market is crazy down there. She went down on Thursday after giving the agent a list of houses to see on Tuesday. By the time she got down there 2 had offers and while she was in one house another agent called and said they had just excepted an offer. Closing November 15.

Good morning, kids.
It's a beautiful day here - still in the high 40s. And it's my eldest granddaughter's 5th birthday so I'll be going over there to celebrate and play with the kids. Old Granddad can still roll around on the floor with them, but I need a piece of furniture to get back up (the knees aren't what they used to be!).
Farad, good news about your bride!
