Thassa great question, GRT. My wife dug up aboot a cubic foot of ginger yesterday. It is all scrubbed up, but we don't know what to do with it now.

Thanks. I know where to buy it - just was trying not to spread the stuff we have. But I guess I could run out and get some.
So is the turmeric better than ginger? Or should I use both?? Lol. I guess I could look it up …
