Yeah. The trash balls were just good baws about to start college before they got talked into selling the drugs.

No. Usually they're younger and thus dumber members who are either hard up for cash, or not willing or able to recognize the effect of their actions on those around them. They let either their desperation or greed cloud their judgement and thus they break the law.

I'm not saying they're innocent. No, they're grown men and fully responsible for their own actions.

Here's my issue with RICO laws and how they're used. Imagine a rookie cop in your precinct is stealing drugs out of the evidence locker and he and another cop are selling those drugs (this really does happen BTW). The Feds come in and bust them. Should you be arrested as well since you're on the same force as these crooked cops?

Thomas. I try so hard to be pleasant to you.

Please clean it up.

I'm late cause your wife wanted to 'talk' a while before we got down to business.

Talking was different. She is smarter than I thought. She knew there was a "Shakespeare" before fishing gear.

Doesn't the whole gang take in dues, so they benefit from the illegally gotten gainz?

What happened? Entrapment or just a few folks taking it on their own initiative to sell drugs or illegally sell weapons?

Real biker gangs are just street gangs for white people. The ones at the top both profit and insulate themselves from most charges thus the need for RICO.

Anyone reaping the benefits needs to be charged. Period.

Most, but not all, clubs do require members pay dues. Where that member got his money from though is none of the club's concern. That would be like holding LSU responsible because one of its bigtime boosters was found to have been breaking the law.

Here's the thing, there are clubs who get tied up in criminal stuff. Everyone knows this. But it's not every club that does this. The majority of the time you see something about a club being "taken down", its mostly innocent people being swept up in a big dragnet like I described earlier.

It's a bit of both I believe. Just as the cops have to find someone willing to be a rat. The rat then has to find someone willing to break the law. This is usually in the form of "Hey, my rent is due, I broke, and I've got these pistols (or drugs)to sell. Can you help me just this once?".

So while they don't give them to break the law, rather they strongly encourage them to break the law. But in the end it's their choice to say yes or no.

I already answered it.

Whoever benefits from the crime needs to be charged.

Then you don't agree with how RICO is applied then. Glad we cleared that up.
