I don't know who you're talking about.
As for RICO, this is the law the Feds use agaianst MCs they want to bust up. It's a simple process now.
1. Find someone willing to be a rat, normally this is someone they've got some sort of leverage over like a guy that was busted with some weed or something. They'll give them a choice between prison or helping them out.
2. If the person is already in a club great, their already one step ahead. If not they'll have to infiltrate whatever club the Feds are going after.
3. Have this rat talk someone in the club into breaking some gun or drug law. Normally they'll find someone in the club, become close friends with this person and then convince them to "help" them sell a pistol or some drugs.
4. Once That is done the Feds swoop in and arrest everyone in the club for being a part of a "criminal enterprise".
