I learned the valuable lesson of “Happy wife, happy life” the hard way a long time ago. So, needless to say, I’ll be watching from the comfort of home.

Sucks for you. If my husband is offered free tickets to a football game...I'm telling him to have fun if it's a single ticket offered to him or going with him if it is two tickets.

And that actually happened...friend of his offered him a free single ticket to a Cards game this year. We had originally planned to go see a movie that day. Told him to go have fun and we'll go see a movie another time.

That "happy wife, happy life" motto is crap and just an excuse for a woman to get away with being a demanding bitch imo.

Sorry I just really hate that phrase. I never want to hear my husband say that.

My wife isn’t like that. I get away with a lot. Plus I’m gone a lot so the time with my family is valuable to me.

I’m more of the college football fan anyways.

Sitting by the smoker now watching this rib roast cook while listening to my 4 year old explain to me the importance of what a larger Shopkin collection would do for her is a great enough time for me.

True.

Morning Rouge. Watching Four Weddings on TLC. I love this show...especially the subtle ways these chicks dog each other's weddings.

"Susie's dress was pretty, the venue was nice, and the food was good, but her decorations were just blah and cookie cutter. I was underwhelmed by her centerpieces."
