I bought a bottle of that Bayou spiced rum a while back and damn near drank the whole bottle in one night... it's pretty smooth.
I bought a bottle of the satsuma kind a little while later and it's been sitting in my freezer about 3/4 full for around 4 months now. I never could figure out what to mix it with... because I usually don't drink rum and I usually don't drink fruity shite.

I've mixed it in a bunch of stuff trying to make a tropical drink for the wife but it went best with the pineapple juice -so far. I can't get past more than one sweet drink at a sitting.

I tried that Jim Beam apple a while back too. I mixed it with ginger ale and bitters... it was pretty good but about halfway through I couldn't stand the sugary taste anymore.
