Looks like shite. What is that... a Skill saw blade with a rad symbol? Radiation warning colors are yellow and magenta, not neon green. And why does the skull have a crown growing out of it's head? Is it a genetic deformity that causes the bones to fuse together in the shape of a crown? Also your shading is all fricked up in the skull... you have heaving shading on the right in the bottom and heavy shading on the left at the top.
Do it over.
ETA - just noticed your trefoil is fricked up too. The 2 blades go on top... not bottom.
