For real tho... my first instructor was a former Marine and loud as frick. When I went to this new place everybody was quiet. We'd do drills and take turns being the attacker. When I was the attacker I would yell as loud as possible and people would freeze up bc they didn't expect it. It was pretty fricking funny IMO.

They’re rough there. Not sure if the right techniques or body mechanics are taught in the advance classes.

I got that thanks to your recommendation. Mom got me some expensive primer and I also get some in my subscription boxes. I rarely remember to use any of it. I do like the benefit one I have, though.
