I know slag is a big fan of IT cosmetics. Thoughts? I just used some cc cream I got from Ipsy I think and I really like it. I don’t do foundation usually.

No patches for me Aspy, you know my love for IT Cosmetics! The CC cream is what I use for foundation and LOVE it! It smells great too!
Bella, I've always sort of gravitated towards dinner only... I just get wrapped up in what I'm doing all day

Yes. did she set you up an account yet? if so then log in and go under the product tab and you can see the info for each individual product.
for IF, for me I just shifted my feeding window to include my preworkout time, as I workout in the afternoon.
I'm not doing IF anymore, I'm CD/Snake Diet fasting on my off days, so my off days are wed/sun and I fast from preworkout Tuesday to preworkout Thursday, and from post workout Saturday (I workout early that one day) to preworkout Monday. that's enough to keep me in keto pretty consistently, so my preworkout lunches are usually a little bit higher carb, so I get the carb load for energy and a better workout, and I know I'm going right back into a fast, so it doesn't kick me out of keto.

Yep. And that’s what I usually get but this at least has spf and my last 2 B.B./cc creams didn’t have any.

What is BB cream? Is it heavy coverage? I need like Tammy Faye Baker type makeup these days. I look so tired all the time.

Me either, too fuggin hot.
I use the tarteguard tinted moisturizer with the IT blurring powder over the top, but lately I've just been using the NYX under eye concealer and powder contour/highlight over the top, everything else is naked. its just too hot to care.

I have 3 different foundations I mix it up with. The IT when I know I’m going to outdoors, Smash Box for everyday and EL for special occasions.
I’m a makeup hoarder.
