I’ve had to slow waayyy down too bud. Like you it was starting to affect other people.

If you're thinking about changing the way you do things, it helps immensely to let those around you know what's up. Those you know/love/trust/hang out with can unknowingly cause you to overdo it because of the "haha it's so fun to get as drunk as possible all the time" kinda pressures. If everyone's on the same page (whether abstinence or moderation), I think it helps.
