I'm kinda stuck with him. He's the only guy who has shown interest. The guy I have used in the past is busy building new houses.

Fascia rot on a couple of corners of the house, storage building needs a new roof, couple of windows need replaced, etc...

I also bought new lock sets for my entrance doors. The holes for the old deadbolts are too small for the replacements. One of the doors has a metal skin on it and I'm afraid to try to enlarge the hole in that metal. I'd be a prime suspect for ruining the whole door.
