That is why I make sure I have days off before a trip to prepare for the trip/pack/etc and days off AFTER the trip to relax, unpack, whatever.
My trip in 2 weeks is only 7 days/6 nights....I'm off work for 15 days for it

I put in for this vacation a year in advance as well. Everyone at work wants to take off during the summer. Obviously we all can't be off at the same time so you have to put in your request early to get the days you want/need off.

Yeah one plus to me not being pregnant yet....I'll get to drink on my vacation now and won't have to worry about being sick on a 13 hour roadtrip.
