Just 2 guys start off over there, I see 3 seperate figures walking up the stairs, and it all starts with what you pointed out, then it becomes real clear.

ha ha, I know exactly which part you are talking about, but it's not showing up. 
The fricked up thing is that my friends were within inches of these frickers. I get these goosebumps everytime I watch it.

yeah, the image of 2 children was my innitial instinct when I saw it, but I kept telling myself it's just shadows. I really can't explain the shadow theory though, the more I watch it, the easier I can make out the kids.

Okay,
Starts with you and two guys ahead of you.
Then Guy 1 moves to the middle and a short "woman" is visible.
Guy 1 keeps moving up and to the left and the two kids become visible
Guy 1 seems to walk faster than the woman and kids and appears to pass through the woman
Guy 1 comes back to the camera
Woman and kids keep heading towards the black area straight ahead.
Could there have been people in the dark hall you just didn't know about?
The fact that Guy 1 never acknowledged or moved around the woman is either evidence he knew they were there and a trick of the light or I see dead people
Either way it's freaky

Yeah, that's the thing, I told him about the video a while back and he has never seen it, I asked him if he remembered anyone being there and he said no, definitely not. We even walked up those stairs right after that and it's a roof top that's light and open. There was nothing or nobody there. Unless they jumped 4 stories down!

But another indicator, watch early in the video, my buddy in the Military Uniform has his gun drawn the whole time. If there were people there, he wouldn't have been doing that. It's pretty apparent we were the only people in that vicinity.

Naw, watch it closer, you can clearly see the shadows ascend up the stairs, at least half way up.
