Pretty much. Pilots are the only people I know of that make that kind of money with a bachelors.

Are you asking because you don't think there are many jobs that require only a bachelors degree (and perhaps some professional certifications) that allow someone to make $100k+?

You can be making over $100k with only an accounting degree and a few non-CPA professional certifications within 5-6 years of graduating if you work hard enough. You can with a CPA of course, but that requires some additional schooling and is more challenging. Same thing with most engineering degrees and certs, Finance degrees and certs.

Hell, you will be hired over someone without a degree in many sales industries, and you can make $100k right out of the gate if you are the right kind of person. That is one where a degree might not be required, but it puts you at a clear advantage over those without one.

A post-grad degree will expedite earnings in most of the above, but none require them. Another area that may only require a technical degree but put you at an advantage with just a bachelors is IT administration or systems engineering (coding, development, database administration).

Appreciate all the help. This post only solidified the decision I've made to go back and get the new degree.

Want to go into the CIA program too, have friends that did it and now are making 60k right out of school with no post-degree. I can take the CPA as well if I take the correct classes in order before even graduating. Being a CPA while not even having an accounting degree sounds like a pretty big advantage to me (something i'll definitely have over my classmates/competition for jobs).
