Cliffs: Convicted of murder in 1962, escaped prison, joined Black Panthers, hijacked plane with $1 million ransom in 1970 (highest ransom at that time), escaped US, got caught in 2011 in Portugal but was "Portuguese citizen" and they refused extradition
