that line of storms near DFW needs to stay away from Nashville, Ark.

I don't want to see the family property get demolished

I remember a small twister hitting us as 3 AM last summer, that shite was scary as frick. The hail was so bad for like 15 minutes straight, our house was shaking. Luckily we only lost a few shingles and some siding that night. Our neighbors covered porch got flipped over their house.

There are eight confirmed fatalities in Arkansas, I'm sure in the Mayflower/Vilonis areas just south of Conway. Both of those areas are pretty much gone.

Vilonia had a deadly tornado three years ago almost to the day. They were rebuilding their $12 million high school which was to open next Fall, but it was reportedly destroyed again.

Definitely not a bust, that cell forming looks fricking bad. That cell headed towards hot springs Arky and all north of that looks really bad as well...

It's not an outbreak, that was my point.

Regardless, nothing happened in NW La today and the local guys were explaining how they messed up during the evening news.

Everyone goes to bed with their guards down.....

Not good.

Guy was taking phone video of aftermath right after it hit. People were screaming for help.

Some folks were bitching about him not stopping to help.

But he did after he turned the phone off. Turned into an uproar because of the bitching about it.

My brother had to stop on I-40 to let the tornado cross just south of Mayflower, Afterwards, he & others got out of their vehicles, and heard people screaming others' names. He & the others who had stopped called 911. They were told to stay put & not to try to go help because of the dangers from downed power lines, etc.

Thanks. That's some scary shite. I remember driving down HWY 90 a while back between Morgan City and Thibodeaux in some horrible weather. Some pretty heavy hail made everyone pull over on the shoulder and then the day immediately turned to almost night. Hood of my truck looked like one of those wind tunnels used for testing aerodynamics. Didn't know whether to stay in my truck or jump in the ditch.

Almost every cell in the line east and southeast of Dallas has a severe thunderstorm warning. Wonder if they will hold together as they approach LA

There is ugliness headed towards Shreveport and most people are in bed thinking a bullet was dodged today.
