So you went and lived there for a year and a half? Was it planned more or less?

NIghtown is now a church.

I moved here in the late 80s as a young engineer. Good times. Loved spring break. Used to have a list of what colleges were coming when...

Then various teacher associations would have gatherings in FWB/Destin. AL and MS were favorites.... :-)

Thank goodness no camera phones or social media....

While out there just for a visit ,met up with folks that loved us and offered us jobs, so we decided to live in the condo in Ft Walton, called home and told our families the news( they weren't real happy) came back about 3 months after to get some things and back to Ft Walton Beach. Did pretty much the same thing in a move to Daytona Beach after ,lil more planning that one

Checked in yesterday afternoon, finally got to the inside of the grotto today.
