I have plenty of friends from Ole Miss who were Greek.
Nothing is an exaggeration of some of the shite they dealt with.

Some of it was accurate, but a lot is exaggerated. There was a LOT of drinking, some hazing but no Full Metal Jacket type stuff.
Wasn't there a story a while back of the sorority that hazed their pledges psychologically with a lot of fat shaming? For instance, they would make them sit on a clothes dryer while running and circled the body parts that jiggled with a sharpie marker....
