Is $500,000 a year enough to cover household expenses, plus hookers and blow?
Alcohol has always been vice enough for me. Just nix the blow and double the hooker budget at least for the first few years, lol. I’d also probably be spending a lot on travel for the first few years.

Only one little problem you forget taxes
My bad, I assumed the quoted lump sum payout amount already had taxes withheld. I will not run the numbers again.

Ok, so the annuity payout is over 30yrs.
Still Take the lump sum of $213.3mil
Spend the 13.3 mil.. $3.3m for houses, autos, and other shite. Then you have $333k (assuming the spend money isn't making more) annually for typical expenses, utilities, ins.food drink plus partying.
Invest $200m of the lump sum for 30yrs and you would come out way ahead of the total after tax payout of $371m.
3% ROR and in 30yrs the Future Value:$491,368,442.30
4% ROR and in 30yrs the Value:$662,699,602.92
5% ROR and in 30yrs the Future Value:$893,548,862.80
6% ROR and in 30yrs the Future Value:$1,204,515,042.45
7% ROR and in 30yrs the Fut
Future Value:$1,623,299,495.07
8% ROR and in 30yrs the Future Value:$2,187,145,931.55
Now if you have dividend paying stocks you could take those in cash to supplement the cash for spending.
Off Course you pay taxes on dividends and capital gains only when you liquidate .
You could invest in a tax free bonds but the ROR will be on the lower % side of the above examples. Maybe 4% max?

You sound like Morty Seinfeld calculating what Uncle Leo owes him for keeping his dad's racetrack winnings for himself.
