I did get 4 months of not paying the note because of the hurricane. Cash flow is looking REALLY good right now.

Of course it was added to the back end of the note, but not paying $2,700/month for 4 months was nice.

Mortgage interest deduction was nice when I had that option. Nowadays I don’t have enough deductible expenses to file an itemized return.
