Yup, he has 30 taps with the first 10 being his. Everything is $5 except a couple of higher end beers. He does growler fills on everything but local beers because his growlers are cheaper than brewery and he doesn't want to undercut them.
On July 21st for 30 bucks it is all you can eat wings and beer with proceeds going to the Humane Society.

I've been more than a few times and he seems to always be out of his stouts so they must be good. I just haven't tried them, his Irish Red is really good and everything is is ok imo. Nothing has blown me away yet from them.
