It is obvious they can do as they please because our current policy is to show them how to have a better life through economic development. I think it would take a nuclear attack etc to change our approach.

Why did we get involved in Syria, a regime that at least kept them in line? (The same would be true for Saddam Hussein).
The better approach is to keep them out of your country and stay as far away from them as possible.
I've been to Indonesia and Turkey, which are great places to visit. But, Islamists will ruin them at some point.
In case you haven't noticed, these awful dictators our government tells us about
Saddam Hussein
Bashar Assad
Gaddafi
All ran their countries with an iron fist, but there wasn't anarchy like there is now. Those guys kept order, and all these terrorists were suppressed. We insisted on applying democracy to all those countries but forgot that the majority of residents of these countries were less educated than your average inner city 8th grader and were stuck in the stone age in terms of their beliefs. So we got rid of the big bad dictators who kept order, albeit unjustly, but anyways they're gone and now lawlessness is the way of life in iraq, syria, and libya. ISIS is simply a byproduct of us ousting saddam hussein and then withdrawing before we could see a new government rise up and take over.....we had that POS country under control but all the apologists and military families here in the states wanted to bring back our soldiers before the mission was truly over which was getting Iraq a new government set up on its own two feet.

You walk into any neighborhood in Iraq and ask where the bad guys live. The Sunnis and Shias will point straight at this house..

You're completely delusional.

Disgusting. They're like rabid dogs in heat.
On another note-
You know how Islamics are against gays and gay marriage? Maybe I'm wrong, maybe it's Muslims. I'm not sure, but these killers who tortured these innocent victims, shoving their balls in the victims mouths, wouldn't that make them gay? Has anyone thought of that? Some of these extremists torture gays as well, even rape them, so that should also make them gay. Am I right?
Sorry I changed the subject somewhat.
