Someone may have access to your ss# and got a card in your name sent to a PO Box. This happened to me and I received a $1200 bill for a new Verizon iPhone bought at a Walmart 50 miles from me. I froze my credit at the 3 major credit services and have not had at fraud activity in about 6 years.
