You don't need personal feelings to recognize the remorseless a-hole when he makes this comment. It absolutely can and should affect his sentence.

Thats evident in his actions he was found guilty of. That alone is enough. As a judge if you cant be an adult and ignore people like that then youre too emotionally fragile to wield that kind of power and responsibility.

Again, thats evident in the defendants actions. You get mad at schizos when they pee in public, mad at people who suffer from tourettes when they curse around you, mad at babies when they shite themselves? Be the bigger man. Thats what a judge is supposed to be. Not a special snowflake with fragile sensitivities.
