If you owe them money and you aren't a dindu, then pay. If for no other reason than you hold yourself up to your obligations even if others don't. That said, if you never received your shipment, or it wasn't correct, or you incurred some other problems, tell them they can go on down the road and kick rocks.

I DO legitimately have a gripe--I mean, I'm exposed to warranty liability for another 6 months or so, and I'm on the hook for that--but that's potential problems.
I am not a dindu, and the amount of money isn't an issue, but having to warranty 4 parts would likely cost me more than 750.
I'm inclined to just pay it, and be that standup guy, but it does piss me off to think I'll have 100% of the warranty headache.

Call and tell them you are willing to settle. You are right you did not receive the service you paid for so you should not be on the hook for the full amount. You have a legitimate gripe so in this case I agree with you.
