Specifically, the no-fly list. And there's no way to get yourself off the list, even if it's a mistake. So, I'm against such a policy, too.
You want to put someone on a "no buy a gun" list? Issue them a notice, given them a hearing and then put them on the list. We have this thing in the U.S. called "due process." You should check it out sometime.
