He would never tell a white person of, say, German heritage who was campaigning for some change in current policy to go back to Germany if he doesn't like it here in America. Saying it to African-Americans when he would never say it to whites is racist.

If it wasn't about the fact that they are black, then how in the hell would Obama be a substitute for reparations? Was he a member of the Uhuru Solidarity Movement? It's obviously intended for African-Americans in general, not just the members of the Uhuru Solidarity Movement. Acting as if the election of one African-American president somehow compensates all African-Americans for all the problems of racism in the U.S. is racist.

He obviously means "black people". Chances are, when you are lumping all people of a race into a single broad statement, it's racist.

But it might not matter if he's a racist. If he's in a district that voted for Trump, being a racist shouldn't hurt his chances at all. Should help him, in fact.
