Fitness club, coffee house to join two restaurants at Central's Shoe Creek

Prescott Bailey, area president for Southern Lifestyle Development, the Lafayette-based company behind Shoe Creek, said another restaurant is in the works for the first phase, and a hotel operator has shown interest in the development.

The development crap going on in Central is pretty stupid considering the two lane Sullivan/Hooper roads. And also with Wax rd. Traffic already sucks.
Oh, and thanks to Rabalais Homes off of Lovett, two subdivisions flooded out that never would have been without that new development. Rabalais ought to be forking over some money to those families who got flooded. He is directly responsible.
