That’s what the dentist claimed at least. Quit in 2013 and didn’t go to the dentist after that visit until last year and she said she couldn’t even tell I dipped. She also could’ve been placating me

So it had been 7 years before the last time I went to the dentist. I had only one cavity and I had been dipping for 7-8 years.
You know the last time I went to the Dr.? 17 years ago when I was still in high school.

I was only taking a dip or two a day so it wasn’t too bad. I was chewing sunflower seeds all day long. Just went cold turkey when they told me it was causing damage. I always had a love hate relationship with dip but I only miss it on road trips.
