Most "Cajun" restaurants do. Here, it's just southern cooking. In other states where they declare the cuisine as "Cajun" is usually a culinary disaster.

That’s what I’m finding. If someone wasn’t from Louisiana or didn’t know any better, they’d probably think it was pretty good. But I’ve been spoiled with good food my whole life so it was not great
