Can't figure out what caused the blood. Dude weathered all the rougher stuff, then seemed to start bleeding for no reason.

Early in the video his head hits the window and breaks it. I suspect that impact produced the cut.

But it doesn't bleed during the ensuing melee. It's not until the guys finally get off of him that the white dude turns into blood spigot.
