Sell both and get a 2015-ish Accord. You'll be gtg for the next 15yrs.

I think you’re at the point that either car is going to need continued maintenance due to age rather than mileage. If that is less than getting something newer in the long run depends on how much of that you do yourself.

The one with the new engine has a small advantage.

I wouldn’t wish a Honda steering rack replacement on my worst enemy (done two DIY).

I had a 2012 SI that was all black. Loved driving it. But I would research the longevity of the motor. I could be wrong but seems I remember reading Honda designed it to go 200k miles. So you are nearing the end of its life expectancy.

The engine I dropped in my Si has 115K. It's the 2.0 K20Z3. The 2012+ Si's had the 2.4. Not sure if what you read pertained to that engine.

Both will last well over 300k. Keep what you are most comfortable in and sell the other.
