DNA would be best to confirm identity but wouldn't fingerprints be WAY more helpful in actually tracking people down? I mean almost everyone has their fingerprints stored while very few have their DNA on file, correct?

Not saying the fingerprint database isn't larger but DNA has taken the place of fingerprints. The only advantage to prints are you can see them. But just because someone had to get printed for a job application or some shite like that does not mean it is in CODIS.
I have to say this. It may sound more 'tin foil" than anything else but why has the conversation for 10+ pages been the interior of this house? And so much made in assumption. Shouldn't the outrage and questions be directed else ware? Like, how was this bitch vetted and cleared to come into the country? Especially in a time where we have been told the last few weeks that we should trust the vetting process for refugees from Syria.
