In a couple of hours my father, son, and I are going to see Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade at the Movie Tavern 
I remember going to see it at the the theater with my old man when I was 11.

This reminds me of a Father’s Day present my son gave me when he was about 10. We’d gone to Gatlinburg at some point earlier that year. While there we went into one of those knife shops and I bought my son an inert hand grenade like this…
What he did was paint a smiley face on it and gave it to me on Father’s Day. That was like 14 years ago. I still keep it on my desk.

Spent all day yesterday rebuilding landscaping beds, doing pool maintenance, meal prepping, and gearing up for the various honeydos this weekend’s mood conjured.
More fun today, weedeating for three lifetimes and cutting grass, yay more cooking.
Haven’t stop sweating since I left work Friday and I don’t think my back will ever speak to me again. Ready to go back to work and chill.

Nice breakfast, daughter went and caddie for me on the golf course today, nice lunch, video gaming with the kids now. All around good day.
