No, he doesn't. I can't believe you're still trying to reason with him though I commend your effort.

Wait what! I never said if you break any law it's not an accident. Don't put words in my mouth, son.

I said when one is not capable of controlling their car because of slowed reaction times, yet knowingly jumps behind the wheel, it isn't an accident... In most states I believe it's called vehicular homicide. Not vehicular accidenticide...

When speaking of fatalities.

Have you not heard of vehicular homicide? . It's not a new thing.

It's the redneck circle of death, which is similar to the redneck circle of life, just replace every other dad with daughter and kill with bang.

Yes I have. And the definition comes from the root of doing something "negligent" while driving. The result of vehicular homicide is usually an accident. It is actually very simple to understand

No, you actually said anyone that is intoxicated can't have an accident. That means you think someone at 0.08 exactly is not capable of having an accident. That makes you dumb.

I'm sure this sounded witty in your head, but it's not. Just an FYI.

Yep, I guess the winning family will be the one with the oldest living male. Unless the justified killings is picked up with the moms as well

Assuming he did it....he's wrong and should be punished.

But

I totally understand why he would have done it and feel his pain.

Banda's car struck Barajas' sons as they pushed the family's broken-down truck down a dark, narrow road just 50 yards from their home. Twelve-year-old David Jr. died at the scene; 11-year-old Caleb died at a hospital.

Why were two kids pushing a busted down truck down a dark, narrow road?

However, the prosecution's case seems kind of sketchy. I bet this guy walks.

Well he did commit premeditated murder. I get why he did it, but that doesn't change the fact that he did what he did.

IMO more people side with Plauche because he killed a pedo instead of a drunk driver. People dislike drunk drivers but they have likely driven drunk themselves so they aren't as harsh about how one should be punished. However, not many people like pedos so any time one of them is killed it is a good thing.

Doesn't sound like it's premeditated.
