Twin Cities/collar counties...Atlanta, Detroit, DC, and LA look like other spots.

This just became a big campaign issue and may be a big shift of momentum depending how the candidates approach it.

SCOTUS has ruled that Congress does have a nuanced check on it. Hypothetically with these vote by mail, Convid, and possibly continued issues the administration could argue for a delay. Prior to this I saw the vote by mail issue eventually landing in SCOTUS. I think the delay goes until Covid is resolved with herd immunity or a vaccine.

Minneapolis is burning to the ground. They were literally a mile from the off campus apartment/greek row at The U. Tonight that hit way "too close to home".
