You started it by throwing out a one off mass killing involving white people like it is something as common place as randomized street violence that plagues urban areas.
This board deserves tweaking, because regardless of the nature of the crime, you very well know there is a significant % of posters who IMMEDIATELY will make it about race.

Coates and ilk regularly talk about the severe threat facing black men by white men/police, which is nonsensical.
I disagree that it's nonsensical to point out that black bodies are cheap in the eyes of America.

The truth is that violence in the black community likely has a lot of causes, but one of the major ones is a culture that has grown to ignore the violence and accept it as the cost of being a part of the black community.
Yeah, that's potentially true.

While I'm sure there is some of that in the white meth head community, for killings like this where someone goes nuts and slaughters his/her family, what cultural items contribute to that? Is there some pervasive force in the white community that says "oh yeah, be a man, slaughter your family?" No. And you know that, but you tried to make a comparison out of two things you knew need not be compared to poke at this board.
You are right, I was not attempting to be subtle. I was "poking at this board" and it's perpetual lack of subtlety on such matters.
