I think he was going to act all tough and confrontational and film it when she thought other people were going to get in their face. Then she noticed the other person walked away. When she realized it was going to be her she walked away awkwardly and timidly.
ETA: or she just wanted like 4 secs of filming herself acting like she was being confrontational that she could show people but in reality wasn’t doing that at all.
