The ONLY solution is my plan.
Incentivize people.
$0 premiums for men that are 15% body fat or lower (women - 25%, since they are on a different scale. Women at 25% body fat are looksmatched to 15% in men).
1% of the entire Federal budget is spent on dialysis. We spend more on keeping fat old people with kidney failure alive every single year than we did on the entire Manhattan Project.
Make America Healthy (and Beautiful) Again.
