Same. Still love football season, but not like I used to. Now a big football game is pretty much an excuse to get to hang out with other adults and drink a few. Really dont even pay attention to the game going on.

Tennis. Was trying to make a go of it professionally. Ran into a west German kid at John Newcombe’s place in Florida.

Beat me like a drum. Showed me the difference between good and great. I knew I’d never win a tournament he was in. I don’t think I ever played another tournament after
