Affluenza is such a bullshite argument. Spoiled rotten or dirt poor, if you're not mentally retarded you know the difference in right and wrong.

This mofo should be hanged. He showed absolutely no remorse for his actions

But that lawyer did some damn good work to get such a little sentence

This is the biggest crock of shite I have to laugh because it is so sad and shows how fricking corrupt our joke of a justice system is. This kid killed for people and his mother recently helped him flee the country. Frick shooting him, shoot the damn judge.

And this new judge said the sentence is not set in stone and that he would entertain an appeal by his defense. POS

from what I've read the judge may be in the wrong because according to the law, as explained to us lay folks when he was captured in Mexico, is that the max jail time he could receive for parole violatoin/fleeing as a minor, was 120 days, who knows?

the dad owns a business that makes metal roofing/building materials, mom is just a drunk/druggie it seems, they've got some money, doesn't appear that they are powerful or connected, it seems the kid got the right judge(who retired shortly after this trial), and the fact that the kid was a juvy

Part of the affluenza sentence was that he had to spend time at an expensive rehab facility. Once he was in rehab, his parents claimed they couldn't afford it, so taxpayers had to pick up about $150,000 of his tab.

Frick me running. This crap pisses me off. Send his arse to prison for 20 fricking years. That is the rehab he needs.
