Yes. It’s not that bad. Make sure you keep the straws in your nose lubed with saline water. Sleep upright. I found that putting peppermint life savers in your mouth (side cheek) keeps it moist while having to breathe through it. You won’t swallow the mints sleeping that way.

Yes and it wasn’t successful in reducing amount of sinus infections.
