Eatel tv service problems

Anyone else having issues with channels being fuzzy during the daytime but clear early morning and night? I've tried swapping coaxle cables and unhooking every device but the tv and the issue is still the same.

Call them, they are not same day or next day on cable but they are on internet. I have had very good service from them.
