Maybe the old 12V models with 100% mechanical injection. Everything later has issues from pumps to leaks to sensors. The "53 block" cracking issues is something studiously ignored by CTD homers too. If anyone truly wanted reliability and serviceability they'd swap in an older Navistar DT466.
